Text Integration Aspires To A Spam Free World!
Text Integration is designed to enable you to easily comply with Anti-Spam legislation and help you eliminate the sending of unsolicited text messages.
We do this in four ways:
- Done for you legal compliance opt in function. (Automated single or double opt in.)
- Country Specific Timed Delivery. (Only send texts at legally allowable times.)
- Mandatory content – we automatically apply the content or process required by law. Eg a Welcome text or the required statement eg Reply Opt Out STOP.
- Opt Out footers automatically placed in the text. (Comply with the law – enable recipients to Opt out.)
Text Integration prohibits the use of the Services in any manner associated with the transmission, distribution or delivery of any unsolicited bulk or unsolicited commercial text messaging (“Spam”).
You may not use any Services to send Spam. You also may not deliver Spam or cause Spam to be delivered to any of Text Integration’s Clients or their Contacts.
Text Integration may immediately terminate any account on the Service which it determines, in its sole discretion, is transmitting or is otherwise connected with any text message (s) that violates this policy.
Failure to enforce this policy in every instance does not amount to a waiver of Text Integration’s rights.
